Staff volunteer days
Through team volunteer days, we offer employees the opportunity to contribute their time and skills to meaningful causes. All Weduc staff are given one day a year to volunteer for any cause they want. These days help strengthen our team, foster collaboration, and make a positive impact in the world around us. By supporting local initiatives and community projects, we live our values of simplicity, authenticity and collaboration.
Here's Reece our Business Development Manager, who volunteered at The Bridge homeless shelter on Christmas eve to hand out meals to those in need;

Day at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Primary
Joanne, our QA Manager holds a volunteer role on the Board of Directors of the Emmaus MAC, and had the opportunity to tour at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Primary School in Oldbury.

How we give back
We're aware of the significant financial struggles that schools face on a daily basis, which often include tight budgets, limited resources, and the constant challenge of providing quality education with insufficient funding.
Recognising these challenges, we have been immensely proud to play a role in alleviating some of that stress by offering monetary rewards. These rewards are specifically designed to provide schools with the financial flexibility they need to purchase much-needed school supplies, such as textbooks, technology, art materials, and other essential educational tools.
By doing so, we aim to support educators and students alike, ensuring that they have access to the resources necessary for a productive and enriching learning environment.

LoveReading4Kids
Weduc is a proud partner of LoveReading4Kids, an online bookstore with a social purpose where 25% of money spent can be donated to a school close to the buyer’s heart, or to schools in need.
The LoveReading family exists because reading matters, and books change lives.
Since 2005 families across the nation have used them to choose their next favourite book. Educators love their trusted content and 14,000 schools use the LoveReading4Schools Portal to encourage reading for pleasure and fund new books, with £50,000 already donated to schools.
